Porcelain Veneers What to Expect

Creating a beautiful smile requires a thorough consultation, attention to detail, and personalized treatment planning. One of our experienced dentists will work with you one on one to review your cosmetic goals, evaluate the condition of your teeth, and create a personalized solution based on your needs.

Porcelain veneers can be designed to resemble your natural smile. Porcelain veneers are color matched, shaped, and molded to blend seamlessly with your natural smile.

To prepare the teeth for bonding, your cosmetic dentist will remove a small amount of tooth enamel from the affected teeth. Using computer digital imaging, your cosmetic dentist will take the appropriate measurements and images of the teeth to send to a dental lab to fabricate your porcelain veneers.

While patients wait for your final restoration, we will provide temporary veneers to protect the teeth while your porcelain veneers are fabricated.

Once the porcelain veneers are completed, we will carefully remove the temporary veneers and replace them with your new porcelain veneers. We will permanently bond the porcelain veneers to the affected teeth for a beautiful, natural-looking finish.

Your cosmetic dentist will review any aftercare instructions to ensure you keep your new smile healthy and beautiful.
